Arrow is a multi-trade commercial and institutional contractor operating out of Ottawa, with three self-performed divisions: general contracting, electrical, and mechanical (HVAC and plumbing).
Our goal was to replace their older property-services website with one that presents Arrow the way they work today: a contractor bidding public- and private-sector projects, shown through photography of their own job sites.
We designed and hand-built a fast, focused website around Arrow’s three divisions. Key elements include:
• One page per trade: General Contracting, Electrical, and Mechanical each have their own page covering scope, capabilities, and photos from Arrow’s own projects.
• Real project photography: The homepage and service pages lead with Arrow’s own work instead of stock imagery, including a full gallery of a City Hall washroom renovation.
• Built for tenders: A simple contact page with one phone number and a dedicated tenders email, plus a list of recent public-sector projects.
• Speed and search: Self-hosted fonts, optimized images, and clean metadata, scoring 99–100 on Google Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO.
The result is a website that reflects the scale and professionalism of the work Arrow does.
